Dayaa Arak

Description

The first and only Arak handcrafted in North America. It is triple-distilled using an Alembic copper pot still, Canadian grain and the finest green aniseed. Enjoy it over ice, or chill and add a touch of water. It pairs perfectly with humous and fattoush chips, grilled seafood, or sip with savoury snacks.

Tasting Notes

Smooth and aromatic, with bold anise upfront, subtle licorice and herbal notes, followed by a refreshing, slightly spicy finish. Crisp, with a lingering, warm aftertaste.

Serving Suggestion

Mix one part arak with two parts cold water, add a cube of ice, and enjoy alongside a Mediterranean mezze spread of hummus and grilled meats. For a bolder experience, savor it neat as a refreshing digestif.
