Description

Aged four to six years in wood, LBV Port can emulate the profile of a Vintage Port without the higher price or need for bottle aging. This deliciously complex wine shows notes of plum, smoke, dried herbs, and chocolate. The supple tannins and balanced acidity complement the wine's rich sweetness.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour; aromas of fresh dark cherry and raspberry; the palate is sweet and full body with plush flavours of plums, blackberry and cassis with well integrated tannins and a long smooth finish.
